2011
Radius Networks was founded as a pioneering location technology company, crafting applications and open-source projects that would power the next generation of location-based services.

2013
We launched a Bluetooth-enabled table service solution, Flybuy Dine In, with a worldwide quick service restaurant in over 17,000 locations across 53 countries.

2018
The platform expanded with the beginning of Flybuy Pickup, which leverages mobile location technology to notify stores of their customers’ arrival, enabling them to offer timely greetings, deliver a fresh product, and provide a magical customer experience.

2020
When the pandemic hit, indoor dining shut down overnight, converting off-premise services to be the sole way to do business. Flybuy Pickup became a lifeline to many brands and provided an out-of-the-box, top-tier pickup solution.

2021
The Flybuy platform expanded from Dine In and Pickup into Delivery, with direct integrations with delivery service providers, Drive-thru, with sequencing technology in the drive-thru lane, and Notify, for proximity-based messaging that drives shopping behavior.

2022
Flybuy acquired Runtriz, which expanded the Flybuy platform into the hospitality industry with products including. seamless pre-arrival guest check-in, automated concierge services, and on-premise and in-room online ordering services.

2023
Flybuy powers millions of location-based transactions around the world with billions of location requests and processes nearly 30 million unique pickup orders each month. Flybuy facilitates millions of dine-in orders monthly, checks-in over a million hotel guests, and drives millions of dollars in room-service F&B revenue. Our technology, supported by 45 global patents, is being used by the world’s largest brands.

2024 & BEYOND
The Flybuy platform will evolve further to address the emerging challenges faced by our brands and their customers by launching new, groundbreaking products and services. These new services will extend the platform beyond location technology as we integrate machine learning and AI-based tools to become a well-rounded productivity machine.
