What is FlyBuy?

FlyBuy provides convenient curbside pickup from your favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Place an order through the app, and when you pull up to the restaurant, an employee will walk your food right out to your car. There’s no additional fees and no need to park, wait in line, or even get out of the car – saving you both time and money.

When is FlyBuy available?

FlyBuy is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Availability depends on the operating hours and days of the restaurants in your area.

Where is FlyBuy available?

FlyBuy is currently available in over 17 cities across the United States including Seattle, Portland, Orlando, and Minneapolis. Open the app or click on the "Locations" tab on our website to see what restaurants are available in your area.

How do I start using FlyBuy?

1.       Download the FlyBuy app on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store

2.       Choose from the full menu of your favorite restaurants in your area  

3.       Place your order and follow along as your meal is prepared and brought out to your car!

How much does FlyBuy cost?

There are zero fees to use FlyBuy. The price you pay in store is what you pay on our app.  

What if I want to change the order?

1.       Select an item from your favorite restaurant

2.       Before adding the item to your cart, scroll down, and click on the tab labeled “Instructions”

3.       Add your special instructions in the box provided

Who does the tip go to?

All tips on the app go directly to the restaurant. FlyBuy does not take any of the tips.

What if I have a problem with my order?

We’re here to help. Once you’ve placed an order, just contact our support team from within the app and we’ll take care of your issue.

3.       Leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible

How do I reorder?

1.       Click on the hamburger menu in the upper right-hand corner of the app

3.       Select the item you want to reorder

4.       Place your order and follow along as your meal is prepared and brought out to your car!
